Data processing related to events
Privacy notice regarding photographs taken by the event organiser at the event and the publication of such photographs on the website and on local advertising media.
Please be informed that the event organiser, acting as Data Controller, takes photographs at the event in which visitors to the event may be identifiable. The event organiser may publish these photographs in its own electronic newsletter. This event qualifies as a mass event pursuant to Section 2:48 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code. According to Section 2:48 of the Civil Code:
“(1) The consent of the person concerned is required for taking and using an image or audio recording.
(2) The consent of the person concerned is not required for taking or using recordings made of a crowd or of public appearances in public life.”
If, in the course of this activity, the Company processes the personal data of a third party (including, in particular, the data subject’s name, data relating to their activities, or their image), the Company will always provide the data subjects with detailed information and will draw their attention to the taking of photographs before the photographs are taken.
If you do not wish your image to be recognisable in photographs, please notify the organisers upon entering the event by calling one of the following telephone numbers: +36 20 970 7107 or +36 20 248 4505. In this case, you will receive a distinguishing marker, with the help of which the Data Controller will subsequently make your image unrecognisable in the photographs taken.

The Company’s customers have the option to subscribe to the newsletter service, through which they can receive information about the Company, promotions and other interesting news. Data processing related to website operation
The Company operates its own website, which is available at https://www.agriapark.hu/. The website is operated by WING Zrt. as a data processor.
Automatic data collection (cookies, Google Analytics, etc.) takes place on the website.
Visitors’ access to and exit from the website is facilitated by small data packages known as cookies, which the website places on and reads from visitors’ IT devices. Cookies are used to ensure the proper functioning of the website, provide more efficient service and collect anonymised statistical data.
Visitors can delete cookies from their IT devices, and certain cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed. Visitors may also manually configure their browser to block the use of cookies. The website can still be used if the visitor manually disables cookies in their browser settings.
The website uses the unique, temporary “spublic” cookie to identify sessions, i.e. to determine whether the visitor is logged in to the website. The “spublic” cookie therefore facilitates visitors’ login to and logout from the website. The “spublic” cookie is a temporary cookie that is automatically deleted from the visitor’s IT device when the browser is closed, and may also be deleted manually through the browser settings.
The following cookies are used for the purpose of determining statistical data relating to visits to and traffic on the website:
- whether the visitor reached the website through a search engine, keyword or link (“utmz” cookie),
- how many times the visitor has visited the website (“utmb” cookie),
- how long the visitor stayed on the website (“utma” and “utmv” cookies),
- when the visitor first visited the website (“utma” and “utmv” cookies), and
- when the visitor last visited the website (“utmc” and “utmv” cookies).
In addition to the above, certain cookies protect the website from overload (“utmt” cookie), while some cookies used by Google Analytics also record the IP address of the IT device used by the visitor for analytical, statistical and security purposes. Data storage takes place on the visitor’s IT device.
The independent measurement and auditing of website traffic and other web analytics data is therefore supported by the servers of Google Analytics through the cookies listed above. Detailed information about the processing of measurement data is available from the controller of such data at https://www.google.com/analytics/, while further information about Google’s privacy principles is available at http://www.google.hu/intl/hu/policies/privacy/. The data transmitted from the website to the Google Analytics servers cannot directly and uniquely identify the visitor concerned; based on such data, only the IP address of the IT device can be identified.
Purpose of data processing: during visits to the website, the service provider records visitor data in order to monitor the operation of the service and prevent misuse.
Categories of personal data processed: date, time, the IP address of the user’s computer, the address of the page visited, the address of the previously visited page, and data relating to the user’s operating system and browser.
Legal basis for data processing: the consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Section 13/A (3) of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues relating to electronic commerce services and information society services.
Data retention period: 30 days from the date of visiting the website.

The Company periodically organises prize draws for marketing purposes. During such prize draws, the Company records participants’ personal data and creates a database from the data collected.
The Company always ensures the right to prior information and voluntary participation. This is achieved by making this privacy notice available or by using a checkbox that enables and evidences the explicit granting of consent to data processing.
If the data subject provides their data on paper rather than electronically, the paper form contains information about the data processing, to which the data subject consents by completing the data collection form.
Rules are prepared for each prize draw and are made available to participants during registration for the prize draw.
